Unfortunately swimmers are not welcome here. There are 16x 25m lanes available across two pools at this schwimmhalle and all are prioritised for playing/ old people floating around the pool. As a result, it is usually chaotic and often not possible to complete swim training here. It is ironically named 'Sportbad'.
It would be very very easy to have lanes in one pool for swimming and the other pool for playing and the non-swimmers so that everyone can use the schwimmhalle, but unfortunately the bademeister refuse to do so because they are too incompetent to understand the problem of trying to complete swim training while there are old people floating across you or children jumping in on top of you.
It is always a bad and stressful experience when trying to swim here as a result of their incompetence in running a swimming pool. Instead of simply organising the pool so all people can use it, the bademeister just sit around chatting and watching the chaos unfolding as a result of their stupidity.
